A: Please ensure the uploaded model is a "Water-tight" closed solid. Non-watertight models may cause geometric calculation conflicts.
Q: Task stays in "Queued" status?
A: Server load might be high during peak hours. Please wait or try again in 10 minutes.
Q: How do I get a refund?
A: All payments and refunds are managed by Apple. Please request a refund through your App Store order details.
